We offer a full 2 year warranty from the purchase date on any manufacturing related defects to the watch

Manufacturing related defects include faulty issues with the movement, dial, hands, indexes or assembly related issues of the watch itself

Our warranty does not cover issues related to abuse, damages and wear and tear caused by the user. The warranty does not cover battery replacements, water damage, scratches/scrapes, loss, theft or physical damage to the case, leather strap and sapphire crystal glass

Corazi only honours warranty claims with a valid serial number along with the original bill of sale from the time of purchase. The serial number may be found on the back case of the watch.
