Warranty

  • We offer a full 2 year warranty from the purchase date on any manufacturing related defects to the watch

  • Manufacturing related defects include faulty issues with the movement, dial, hands, indexes or assembly related issues of the watch itself

  • Our warranty does not cover issues related to abuse, damages and wear and tear caused by the user. The warranty does not cover battery replacements, water damage, scratches/scrapes, loss, theft or physical damage to the case, leather strap and sapphire crystal glass

  • Corazi only honours warranty claims with a valid serial number along with the original bill of sale from the time of purchase. The serial number may be found on the back case of the watch.
